Strategic & Policy Advice

A defining strength of our consultancy is our ability to work strategically alongside senior leaders and school governors. Schools and trusts face growing pressure to demonstrate that their culture, policies, and provision actively support pupils’ social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

We deliver expert guidance to help leadership teams navigate this evolving landscape with clarity and confidence. All our resources are built around neurodiversity-inclusive practice — it underpins everything we do.

We advise on neurodiversity-inclusive, whole-school approaches; review behaviour and exclusions policies for compliance with the Equality Act 2010; and ensure reasonable adjustments are embedded in everyday practice, not treated as one-off exceptions. Working closely with SENDCos, pastoral leads, and senior teams, we identify systemic barriers and co-create practical, actionable implementation plans.

SEND & EHCP Support

EDUCATIONAL FOCUS ONLY

We Support families and schools through the EHCP process is a significant area of this consultancy. The Education, Health and Care Plan process can feel complex and overwhelming for families, and under-resourced for many school teams. =We provide clear, evidence-informed guidance that helps all parties understand the educational impact of a child's needs and advocate effectively for appropriate support.

Our contribution to SEND processes focuses strictly on the educational lens — identifying barriers to learning, describing observed profiles, and recommending practical support strategies. We help families understand how to engage with statutory processes and local authority offers, and We support schools in presenting compelling, well-evidenced cases during EHC needs assessments and annual reviews.
