Level 1: Bronze – Awareness & Commitment

Accreditation Criteria:
- Named SEND Co or Inclusion Lead in post.
- Written commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice.
- Basic awareness training for staff on neurodiverse profiles.
- Standardised process for recording observations and concerns without needing a formal diagnosis.
- Clear information for parents on raising concerns.
- Up-to-date safeguarding and data protection policies.
- Demonstrated awareness of the “social model of disability.”
Level 2: Silver – Implementation & Adjustment
Price: £39.99 / month
Accreditation Criteria:
- Meet all Bronze criteria.
- Consistent application of the Assess–Plan–Do–Review cycle (Graduated Approach) for all pupils.
- Implementation of universal adjustments (e.g., visual timetables, sensory load reduction).
- Reasonable adjustments, evidence documented before external referrals.
- Minimum 30% of staff completed specialist neurodiversity training.
- Regular meetings held to review inclusion provision.
- Clear pathways for pupils to request support.
Level 3: Gold – Embedding & Outcomes

- Meet all Silver criteria.
- Whole-school inclusion policy explicitly referencing undiagnosed needs.
- Data-driven tracking of progress, attendance, and engagement for vulnerable groups.
- Documented pathway for internal support and external referrals.
- Minimum 50% of teaching staff and 75% of support staff hold relevant training.
- Measurable improvements in outcomes and well-being for neurodiverse learners.
